Official ticket swaps
When your race is sold on PaceMates, you can allow automated, auditable transfers that invalidate old tickets and issue new ones.
Swaps roll out with organiser ticketing. Each race can enable or disable transfers. Fees and rules are clear before checkout.
You'll get transactional email when a swap completes, an audit trail for organisers, and invalidation of previous QR codes so only the active ticket works at the gate.
How it differs from community listings
Community entry listings help runners find each other. Official swaps are the only PaceMates workflow that re-issues tickets and updates the participant record for organiser-sold entries.

- Organiser system: Not live yet (admin-controlled)
